In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), we inform you:
1. The controller of your personal data is Witkac Residence Sp. z o.o. spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Warsaw, 02-822, at ul. Poleczki 23, KRS 0000811952;
2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and fulfilling the concluded agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for the purpose of direct marketing, i.e., for the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
3. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the agreement and for the period required by applicable law;
4. Your personal data may be disclosed to entities and authorities authorized to process such data under legal regulations. Your personal data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, including postal and courier companies, IT service providers, accounting and financial services providers, tax advisors, and legal advisors.
Public authorities that may receive personal data as part of a specific proceeding under Union law or the law of a Member State are not considered recipients;
5. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer the data, object to the processing, and withdraw your consent (if processing is based on consent) at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
6. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw – if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;
7. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area;
8. Providing your personal data is a condition for concluding and performing the agreement. You are required to provide the data, and failure to do so will result in the inability to fulfill the agreement regarding rental/sale.
